The Bhrikutimandap area has turned vibrant as the Nepali Congress convenes its second Special General Convention.
General convention delegates, party leaders, cadres, and well-wishers arriving to attend the convention have packed the venue, creating a festive atmosphere across the Bhrikutimandap premises.
Processions that set out from six different locations are heading towards Bhrikutimandap. The area around the stage prepared for the inaugural session is also crowded. Following the opening ceremony, a closed-door session will be held at Bhrikutimandap.
Registration of delegates is also underway at the venue.
Rallies have been organised from Kupandol in Lalitpur, and from Sundhara, Ratna Park, Padma Kanya Campus, Shanker Dev Campus, and Kamal Pokhari in Kathmandu. Processions from Padma Kanya Campus, Shanker Dev Campus, and Kamal Pokhari have already reached Bhrikutimandap.
