Tribhuvan Airport resumes after rescue operations

Kathmandu, July 24

Tribhuvan International Airport, which was closed following the Saurya Airlines crash, has resumed operations. A Bhutan Airlines flight, which had been holding in the air for a while, has landed.

On Wednesday morning at 11:11, a Saurya Air plane caught fire at Tribhuvan Airport while en route to Pokhara. The incident resulted in 18 deaths, with one person being rescued alive.
