Gulmi, July 15
A motorbiker died when an SUV hit it on the road in Arkhale, Resunga municipality of the Gulmi district in Lumbini on Thursday.
The victim has been identified as Sudan Pandey (30), a permanent resident of Tansen in the neighbouring Palpa district, informs the District Police Office. Pandey was a trader in Tamghas in the district.
Meanwhile, four persons travelling on the four-wheeler have sustained injuries.
The vehicle (Bhe 1 Cha 1943) heading to Tamghas from Dhurkot had hit the bike (Lu 55 Pa 7082) at Arkhale, Resunga municipality-4, informs the police.
Seriously injured in the accident, Pandey was being rushed to the Gulmi Hospital for treatment, but he died on the way.
The injured are undergoing treatment at the same health facility.
