Kathmandu, August 18
The family of deceased journalist Shalikram Pudasini have filed a complaint against TV presenter Rabi Lamichhane, Yuvaraj Kadel and Asmita Karki in connection with his death. The complaint was filed at the District Police Office Chitwan via District Police Office Kathmandu.
“We have received a complaint from Pudasini’s family. We are sealing the document and sending it to Chitwan,” said DSP Hobindra Bogati.
According to the new criminal code, a complaint can be filed at any police station in the country, however, the investigation will have to be done by the police office near the site of the incident.
All three of the accused are being kept in prison after Chitwan court gave police five days to investigate.
