A powerful earthquake has struck Mindanao, the Philippines. According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the quake measured 7.4 in magnitude.
A tsunami warning has been issued following the tremor.
Earlier, on September 30, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake hit Cebu province in the Philippines, killing 69 people and injuring around 150 others.
