A total of 63 residential structures have been damaged by floods, landslides and severe weather conditions in Galkot Municipality over the past week.
According to Galkot Municipality, the damage includes 63 structures, including a municipal ward office building. A further 133 structures have sustained partial damage.
The severe weather conditions completely destroyed 39 structures, while 52 others sustained partial damage.
In addition, 21 concrete irrigation structures have been severely damaged, while 24 have sustained minor damage. A further 203 rudimentary irrigation structures have also been damaged.
