4.1 magnitude earthquake rattles Kathmandu

Kathmandu, March 18

A 4.1 magnitude earthquake rattled Kathmandu at 9 am on Monday morning.

According to the National Seismological Centre, the earthquake was an aftershock of the Gorkha earthquake that struck different parts of the country on 25 April 2015.

The epicentre of today’s aftershock according to the National Seismological Centre is Makawanpur.
