Kathmandu, April 14
The death toll in an SUV accident in Rumale of Pyuthan has reached five with three more persons succumbing to injuries.
The victims have been identified as Shyam Neupane, Surya Prasad Panthi, Ishwari Bhandari, Yam Lal Panthi, and Keshav Karki. All are staff of the Gulmi District Administration Office.
Karki (22) was behind the wheel when the accident occurred.

2 killed in Pyuthan SUV accident
Pyuthan, April 14
Two persons have died when an SUV fell off the road at Rumale of the Pyuthan district in the Lumbini province on Wednesday.
The two, yet to be identified, died on the spot when the four-wheeler (Lu 1 Ja 1655) crashed, informs Inspector Devi Prasad Gaire, the District Police Office Information Officer.
Other 12 persons have sustained injuries in the incident, and they have been taken to the Bhingri Primary Health Centre in the district for treatment.
The incident site is close to Swargadwari, a revered holy site among the Hindus. It has been learned that the vehicle was carrying a group of pilgrims from the neighbouring Gulmi district.
