Chitwan, April 11
Two persons were killed and seven others injured when a van skidded off the road at Rampur of Bharatpur metropolitan city-19 of the Chitwan district on Sunday.
The identity of the deceased men, who appear to be around 50 years old, has not been established yet, the police inform.
Of them, a 45-year-old died on the spot and the 55-year-old at Old Medical College.
Of the injured receiving treatment at various hospitals in Chitwan, two are said to be in serious condition and others are out of risk, according to police.
The van (Na 1 Ja 6859) was headed to Sharadanagar from Bharatpur.
