Hyatt Regency in Kathmandu wins Excellence Award

Hyatt Regency Kathmandu has been awarded with the Service Excellence Award 2017 by Luxury Travel Guide at the Asia and Australasia Awards.

The hotel says guests who travel all over the world nominated the hotel for its unique and high level of service, which left them satisfied and keen to visit again.

The Service Excellence Award is an accolade that guarantees a memorable stay at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, claims the company.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition for our hotel. As an organisation we constantly strive for excellence and this award is reflective of our consistent service,” said General Manager, Sinead O’Reilly-Henell.
