Hetaunda, February 10
Senior leader of the ruling Nepal Communist Party and former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal says the government is making sincere efforts to do something, but it looks staggering.
He says the government has failed to meet people’s expectations. Nepal says his party will seriously dwell on the issue during its next secretariat meeting.
Speaking at a function in Hetaunda on Sunday, the leader said the meeting would find out weaknesses of the government and propose recommendations for correction.
In another context, Nepal said the party would soon conclude the pending tasks of the unification between then CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Centre as it was a must to give a momentum to the party organisation.
On the occasion, the former prime minister criticised the main opposition party claiming its recent protest programmes did not have any issue.
