Kathmandu, June 6
Minister for Finance Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada expressed his dissatisfaction with the National Reconstruction Authority for delaying the reconstruction projects post the Gorkha earthquake in 2015.
Speaking at a programme organised at the Authority on Wednesday, Khatiwada expressed his dissatisfaction over the delayed works that were targeted to be completed within next fiscal year.
The Finance Minister also reminded the government authority to resolve various issues regarding land management, and Guthi among others and facilitate the reconstruction work of private residents inside Kathmandu Valley.
Likewise, Minister Khatiwada also urged the people’s representatives to actively participate in the reconstruction works.
Meanwhile, the Finance minister also claimed that the government was ready to make necessary work plans for reconstruction works.
