Two fishermen missing in Rapti River

Chitwan, September 8

The two individuals who went missing while fishing in the Rapti River have yet to be found. They were last seen on Friday at Jamunaghat in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-27, and have been missing since, according to Police Inspector Laxman KC of the District Police Office.

A search operation, involving a team of Nepali Army personnel, armed police deep divers, and local residents, is ongoing, but the missing fishermen have not yet been located.

Inspector KC confirmed that the search for Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary, 43, of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-25, and Shuk Bahadur Pariyar, 45, of Bharatpur Ward No. 27, is continuing today.
