Kathmandu, August 27
The bodies of 162 people who died in the Rasuwa floods have been recovered from eight districts, according to the latest police bulletin.
The bulletin, issued at 5am Thursday, said two bodies were recovered in Rasuwa, 12 in Nuwakot, 27 in Dhading and 64 in Chitwan.
Similarly, 20 bodies were recovered in Gorkha, nine in Tanahun, 26 in Nawalparasi East and two in Nawalparasi West.
Security agencies have continued search and recovery operations along river corridors and flood-affected areas following the devastating flooding.
