The way has been cleared for the screening of the film Lali Bazar.
A joint bench of judges Khadananda Tiwari and Netra Prakash Acharya at the Patan High Court ruled that there was no need to continue the interim order, thereby allowing the film’s public screening.
“…as the issues raised in the writ petition can be examined during the final hearing, there is no need to continue the short-term interim order issued by this court on Baisakh 15,” the order states.
