Kathmandu, August 27
The government has appealed for financial assistance to support rescue and relief efforts following the devastating floods in Rasuwa.
The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has urged individuals and organisations to contribute to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund and the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
The government has provided bank account details of eight banks through which donations can be deposited.
The funds will be used to support rescue, relief and other humanitarian efforts for people affected by the floods.
