Nepal’s opening batter and emerging all-rounder Kushal Bhurtel has been declared the Player of the Series in the Unity Cup T20I series held in the UAE.
Bhurtel earned the award for his solid batting performance in the final match along with consistent bowling and fielding displays throughout the series.
He scored 6 runs in the first game, 2 runs in the second, and 39 runs in the third. With the ball, he claimed 2 wickets in the opening match and 3 wickets in the second.
Bhurtel also stood out in the field, taking impressive catches in the first and second games.
Nepal clinched the historic series with consecutive wins in the first two matches, while the West Indies dominated the third encounter.
