The year 2082 BS seems to be a breakthrough year for Kabita Nepali. She successfully summited two of the world’s highest peaks—Mount Everest and Lhotse, both towering over 8,000 meters. Her debut feature film Eklo was also showcased at the prestigious Cannes Film Market.
A dancer, social media content creator, and mountaineer, Kavita’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down. She has now been officially announced as a gang leader—essentially a judge—on Season 7 of Himalaya Roadies, one of Nepal’s most popular adventure reality shows.
The announcement came just a day before the show’s auditions were held in Kathmandu on Saturday. Kabita replaces actress Deeya Maskey, who served as a gang leader in the previous season.
Joining her on the panel this season are rapper Ashish Rana, actress Priyanka Karki, actor Anoop Bikram Shahi, and Raymond Das Shrestha, who also returns as the show’s host.
