Kathmandu, July 3
The Parliament will begin discussions on the Appropriation Bill for the Fiscal Year 2017/18 from Tuesday, Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar announced today.
After the House meeting today endorsed a proposal tabled by Minister for Finance, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, that the House begin the discussions, Speaker Magar called a meeting for 11 am tomorrow.
The discussions will last for one week.
The then Minister for Finance Krishna Bahadur Mahara had presented the annual budget for the next fiscal year, which the Appropriation Bill is a part of, on May 29.
