Nepali esports player Shital Rai, known as “SleepY”, has been named the second Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the PUBG Mobile World Cup.
SleepY, who plays for Horaa Esports, delivered an impressive individual performance as the Nepali team finished eighth in the World Cup. He recorded 31 eliminations throughout the tournament, including 16 in the final stage alone.
His performance helped Horaa Esports make a strong showing at the global competition.
Sleepy had previously finished fourth in the MVP rankings at the previous edition of the PUBG Mobile World Cup, making this his second consecutive appearance on the World Cup’s MVP list.
Horaa Esports earned a prize of $127,500 after finishing eighth in the tournament.
Tianba’s QZZ was named the tournament’s overall MVP.
