Gorkha, October 21
A man has died when a mini-truck he was driving crashed at Majhgaun, Aarughat rural municipality-1 of the Gorkha district at around 11:30 pm on Wednesday.
Two other people are injured.
The victim has been identified as Manoj Shrestha, a permanent resident of the Gangajamuna rural municipality of the Dhading district. Likewise, the injured are Raj Kumar Gurung and Divya Gurung, locals of Aarughat.
The injured are undergoing treatment at the Aaruchanaute health post.
The vehicle (Ba 5 Kha 1231), heading to Dhunche from Aarughat carrying sand, had fallen around 150 metres down the road after the driver lost control over it, according to police.
Further investigation is underway.
