The price of gold fell by Rs 2,400 per tola on Monday.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has fixed today’s gold price at Rs 306,600 per tola, down from Rs 309,000 yesterday.
The previous day also saw a drop of Rs 9,500. Before that, on Friday, gold was priced at Rs 318,500 per tola.
Silver prices remained unchanged today, trading at the same rate as the previous day, Rs 4,780 per tola, according to the federation. On Friday, silver had been priced at Rs 4,965.
