The government-run fuel distribution monopoly Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the diesel and kerosene prices by Rs 10 per litre.

As per a decision made by the NOC board on Tuesday evening, a litre of diesel or kerosene now costs Rs 155.

No change has been made in the prices of petrol and cooking gas.

Last month also, the NOC reduced prices of diesel and kerosene by Rs 10/litre and that of petrol by Rs 3 per litre. No changes have been made in the prices of petrol and liquefied petroleum gas this time.

Following the reduction in diesel and kerosene prices, the federal Department of Transport Management also cut down long-route bus fares.
