“We need to operate this substation before the onset of upcoming dry season. Please complete the works as soon as possible. Otherwise, there will be a problem,” the Minister told the contractors.

In response, the company representatives said, “Please do not worry, dear minister. We are also equally worried about it.”

The contractors had also requested the Minister to urge the Indian consultant to complete the designing for the project at the earliest. Subsequently, the Minister urged the Indian consultant to complete the assignment in one week.

So far, 90 per cent construction works have been over at the substation.
