Alpha Automotives Pvt. Ltd., the authorised distributor of Royal Enfield in Nepal, recently organised a unique all-women motorcycle rally titled the ‘Heritage Mehendi Ride’. The event brought together 35 enthusiastic women riders to promote cultural heritage and celebrate female empowerment through motorcycling.
According to a press statement released by Alpha Automotives, the ride began at the Royal Enfield showroom in Naxal and passed through the cultural heart of Mangalbazzar, concluding at the historic Dattatreya Temple in Bhaktapur. Along the route, participants experienced the rich architecture and traditional ambiance of the area, blending the thrill of riding with a deep appreciation for Nepal’s cultural landmarks.
Adding a festive and symbolic touch, the event featured a Mehendi session that honoured feminine strength and beauty while reinforcing community spirit among the participants.
“We are proud to have hosted this special ride for our women riders,” said a spokesperson from Alpha Automotives. “This initiative was not just about riding, but about empowering women to embrace their freedom and heritage.”
