Acting CoAS Thapa inaugurates meeting of Asia Pacific Intelligence chiefs

The 11th Asia Pacific Intelligence Chief Conference kicked off in the capital on Monday. Acting Chief of the Nepali Army Purna Chandra Thapa inaugurated the conference jointly organised by the Nepali Army and the US Indo-Pacific Command Directorate of Intelligence, according to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
The US Indo-Pacific Command Directorate of Intelligence is a unified combatant command of the United States Forces responsible for the Indo-Pacific region.
A total of 103 security personnel from 23 countries (83 high level army officials and 20 Nepali Army personnel) are taking part in the conference.
