Kathmandu, October 1
The Tribhuvan University Assembly is scheduled to meet on October 8, after months of delay in approving the university’s policy and programme, budget and student grace list.
“The assembly meeting on October 8 will approve the budget and the grace list,” said TU spokesperson Navindra Bhandari.
The university’s budget was supposed to be approved in June. However, the process was stalled due to delays in appointing university officials.
As the TU Assembly had not met, the university had also been unable to approve its policy and programme, budget and the graduation list for students.
