The sky will remain generally cloudy across the country today. Heavy rainfall is also possible at one or two locations in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, as well as in Madhesh Province and the Tarai belts of Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, moderate rain or snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely at a few locations in the Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, and at a handful of spots in the Himalayan areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Moderate rain with thunder and lightning is expected at many locations in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces, and at a few spots in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim Province.
Moderate rain with thunder and lightning is also likely at many locations in the Tarai regions of Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces; at a few spots in the Tarai areas of Koshi and Lumbini provinces; and at a handful of locations in the Tarai region of Sudurpaschim Province.
Tonight, the sky will remain generally cloudy across the country as well. Moderate rain or snowfall with thunder and lightning is possible at a few spots in the country’s Himalayan region.
Moderate rain with thunder and lightning is also likely at some locations in the hilly region and a few spots in the Tarai region of the country.
