Alfa Automotive, Royal Enfield’s official dealer in Nepal, unveiled the Royal Enfield Gorkha edition in Kathmandu.

Retired Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Bahadur Chhetri chaired the unveiling event.

Alfa’s director, Meghraj Poudel, called the “Gorkha” name a symbol of Nepali bravery and discipline, not just a brand, and said the launch celebrates that identity alongside Royal Enfield’s legacy.

The edition keeps the standard Classic 350’s design and mechanicals largely unchanged, distinguished mainly by an olive-green “light military” color, special graphics, and a crossed-khukuri motif linked to the Gorkha Regiment identity.

It retains classic features like wire-spoke wheels, round mirrors, and chrome exhaust/headlight, with the same 349cc single-cylinder J-series engine (20.2 bhp, 27 Nm torque) and 5-speed gearbox, plus a semi-digital instrument cluster.

The Classic 350 Gorkha Edition starts at Rs 599,000 and became available in Nepal shortly after its launch in the Indian market.
