Azerbaijan’s Kseniya Pavlenko to play for Chitwan Shakti

Chitwan Shakti has announced its first foreign player for the upcoming Everest Women’s Volleyball League (EWVL).

The team has signed Kseniya Pavlenko, an opposite hitter from Azerbaijan’s national team, as their first foreign player for the league.

Chitwan made the announcement ahead of the first edition of the EWVL, which is scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 4 at the Dasharath Stadium Covered Hall. Madhesh’s team has already revealed the names of its foreign players for the tournament.

This will be Ksenia’s first time playing in Nepal, and she has expressed excitement about the opportunity. Chitwan Shakti is optimistic that Ksenia will deliver an impressive performance during the league.

Chitwan’s marquee player is Aruna Shahi, the captain of Nepal’s national women’s volleyball team.
