Kathmandu, June 16
Fairfield by Marriot, Kathmandu, inaugurated their nine-day long Lucknowi Food Festival on 14th June, 2019. The festival was inaugurated by Ambassador of India to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri along with Dr. Ajay Kumar, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of India to Kathmandu, Sashi Kant Agarwal, Chairman MS Group and Mr. Sanjeev Mandal Hotel Manager Fairfield by Marriott, Kathmandu.
The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guest from various walks of life, food enthusiast and media personnel.
Fairfield through the festival promises to introduce the flavours of Lucknow to its guests; through collaboration with celebrity Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi of Lucknow who has more than 20 years of culinary experience.
The menu for the event has been exclusively crafted by Chef Shahnawaz, and will comprise of different varieties of local Lucknowi like kebabs, biryanis, curries, flat breads and much more.
Food lovers can enjoy the festival till 22nd June, 2019. The all you can eat buffet is priced at Rs. 2,299.
