5 Nepali agencies win 17 awards at Flame Awards Asia 2026

Kathmandu, August 11

Five Nepali marketing and advertising agencies have won 17 awards at the Flame Awards Asia 2026 held in New Delhi, with Outreach Nepal, Lemon and DigitalIn securing the largest share of the honours.

The awards ceremony was held on August 7 at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka. The Nepali agencies collectively won 13 Gold, three Silver and one Bronze award for campaigns created for brands including Vaseline, Samsung, Mountain Dew, Ncell, Mero Khukri, Gorkha and Zyn.

Outreach Nepal, together with its activation and digital agencies Lemon and DigitalIn, secured 17 awards. Storm Communication Nepal and D20 Labs were the other Nepali agencies recognised at the event.

The Flame Awards Asia, instituted by the Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI), recognises marketing and communication campaigns across India and emerging Asian markets based on strategy, innovation, execution, technology, community participation and measurable impact.

The 2026 awards featured agencies and organisations from several Asian countries, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Vietnam, the Philippines and Sri Lanka.

The jury was chaired by Santosh Desai, Founder and Director of Think9 Consumer Technologies. Ernst & Young (EY) served as the tabulation partner for the awards.

Ujaya Shakya, founder of Outreach Nepal and first vice-president of the Advertising Association of Nepal, described the performance as an indication of the growing talent and potential of Nepal’s marketing communications industry.
