State Affairs Committee tables Staff Adjustment Bill at House for discussion

Kathmandu, September 25

The State Affairs  Committee of Parliament on Monday presented its report on the Staff Adjustment Bill to the full House meeting.

The bill proposes various provisions for the adjustment of staff in recently created federal administrative structure.

SAC Chairman Dil Bahadur Gharti presented the report during the House meeting today.

At the same meeting, Finance Committee Chairman Prakash Jwala tabled the Committee reports about Inter-Government Finance Management Bill and National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission Bill.

Presenting the documents, Chairman Jwala said such bills would help implement federalism in the country.

Meanwhile, Speaker Onsari Gharti read out a letter received from the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers about the recent expansion of the Council of Ministers.
