The transport service has been affected due to a landslide on the Prithvi Highway in Byas Municipality-12 of Tanahun. Police said that one lane of the road was blocked due to a landslide on Sunday evening. The landslide has affected one-way traffic.
According to police, a team of 15 people, including the traffic police, under the leadership of DSP Dwarika Prasad Ghimire from the District Police Office, Tanahun, has been deployed at the site.
The police team is taking necessary steps to remove the landslide and bring the road into operation. Due to the landslide, traffic on the highway has been affected, so the police have asked the drivers to be careful.
