The government has promoted two civil servants to the post of secretary.
Government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel said the Cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to promote Binod Kunwar and Uttarkumar Khatri to the post of secretary of the Government of Nepal, based on seniority and on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission.
