Personal care brand Mamaearth has contributed Rs 2.1 million to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund to support families affected by floods in Nepal.

Sawan Jaiswal, General Manager of Mamaearth’s Nepal business, handed over the cheque to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle at his office last week. He was accompanied by Mahesh Kumar Ranasaria of Gayatri Distributors.

“Mamaearth has received immense love from Nepal over the years, and we feel that we must stand by Nepal in times of pain and crisis,” Jaiswal said.

The company said the contribution was made to support flood-affected families as they recover and rebuild their lives.
