Kathmandu, June 19
The price of gold fell sharply by Rs 10,500 per tola on Friday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold has been fixed at Rs 286,700 per tola for the day. Gold was traded at Rs 297,200 per tola the previous day. Last Friday, the price stood at Rs 292,000 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver declined by Rs 305 per tola on Friday. Silver, which was traded at Rs 4,945 per tola the previous day, has been fixed at Rs 4,640 per tola. Last Friday, silver was priced at Rs 4,840 per tola.
