Aloft Kathmandu Thamel Marketing Manager Suarpana Shahi has been awarded the “Select Property Marketing Leader of the Year” at Marriott International’s ELITE Awards 2025.
The ELITE Awards are among the highest recognitions within Marriott International, honouring outstanding leadership in sales, revenue strategy, and marketing. Winners are selected based on leadership excellence, revenue performance, guest service, and community engagement.
With over 12 years of experience in hospitality, Shahi has been serving at Aloft Kathmandu Thamel since April 2023, where she has played a key role in strengthening the hotel’s brand presence. She has led marketing and public relations strategies aligned with global standards while maintaining strong local relevance.
General Manager Vikram Singh said Shahi’s creativity and leadership have significantly contributed to enhancing the hotel’s marketing initiatives and overall brand positioning.
