Kathmandu, December 8
The Nagdhunga–Naubise–Malekhu road section will be closed for five hours a day from Mangsir 24 to Poush 1.
Traffic will be temporarily halted in the Nagdhunga–Piplamod section due to blacktopping work and expansion in the Pokharebhir area, which requires operating multiple heavy machines at the same time.
From Wednesday, the road will be closed daily for five days from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.
According to the Traffic Police, essential service vehicles such as ambulances, security forces, fire engines and hearses will be facilitated.
Other vehicles will be stopped at designated locations. The Traffic Police have requested motorists to use alternative routes.
