Kathmandu, August 19
Gold prices, which had reached a record high of Rs 199,400 per tola on August 8, have been on a downward trend since then.
Similarly, silver prices fell by Rs 15 per tola on Tuesday. Silver, which was priced at Rs 2,315 per tola the previous day, dropped to Rs 2,300.
The highest recorded price of silver so far has been Rs 2,350 per tola.
