
Kathmandu, June 27
Minister for Foreign Affairs Arzu Rana Deuba has departed for Rome, Italy, to attend the 44th Session of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Conference, scheduled from June 28 to July 4.
According to her secretariat, Minister Rana will address the main sessions of the conference as well as other high-level events being held on the sidelines.
She is leading the Nepali delegation, which includes Nepal’s Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative to the FAO, along with officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
Following the FAO Conference, Foreign Minister Rana is also scheduled to participate in investment promotion programs organised by the Investment Board Nepal in Milan, Hamburg, and Berlin.
