Baitadi, October 24
A man has died after being run over by an excavator at Pele in Baitadi district on Thursday.
Police said that Shukra Singh Pujara, 55, of Melauli Municipality-5 died after he fell down from the excavator which ran him over.
The excavator was heading to Pele to dig land for the construction of a house after digging the Lamalake-Dhadaun road.
Excavator operator Sheri Singh Bohara is on the run. Police have initiated a search operation for Bohara and have also launched an investigation.
