Kathmandu, March 1
A person hurled a shoe at the executive chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, at Rastriya Sabha Griha on Sunday.
When Dahal was returning to his seat after addressing the audience during a function organised to mark the first death anniversary of NCP leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari, the person hurled the shoe at him. Dahal, however, missed it.
Later, the police arrested the attacker.
