Popular rapper Yama Buddha (29) is no more.
His body was recovered from the bathroom of his house in South Harrow, London, on Saturday morning.
He had been living in London with his wife for some time. The Embassy of Nepal in London confirmed the incident, adding that efforts to acquire additional information are on.
Police have already initiated an investigation, the rapper’s friends in London said, adding: Getting additional information will be possible only after his post-mortem on Wednesday.
They said they are in contact with the family of the rapper in Nepal.
Yama Buddha has lakhs of fans on You Tube and other social networking sites. He was preparing to release a new album titled Khatara in a few months, it is learnt.
