Kathmandu, June 4
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will address the meeting of Province 3 Assmbly on Monday, according to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.
It has been learnt that the Prime Minister will be speaking about the development and possibilities in the Province.
The constitution and provincial directives do not have any provision about address of the President or the Prime Minister as provincial assemblies. However, foreign state heads or prime ministers can speak in the State Assembly meetings.
Therefore, many parliamentarians and stakeholders have pointed out the fact that his address might raise some legal problems.
Earlier, Prime Minister Oli had addressed the Provincial Assembly meeting of Province 5.
