Kathmandu, September 11
A textile trader has been found murdered in Barhadashi, Gaurigaj Rural Municipality-6 of Jhapa district on Tuesday.
Police have suspected that Khem Raj Paudel (38) was murdered by his own business partner Shradam Hussein. They say Hussein resorted to a knife attack over a financial dispute.
Paudel was missing since last night. He had reportedly left home to meet Hussein. Hussein had owed Paudel some money.
Police have arrested the suspect and further investigation is underway, according to the Chief of District Police Office, Bhim Prasad Dhakal.
Police also recovered a knife, a motorbike (Me 7 Pa 1904) and a mobile phone from the crime scene.
