Help desk to support Nepali students planning for study in Australia

Kathmandu, February 13

Nepalese Association of Australia Education Representatives (NAAER) has established a help desk targeting Nepali students planning to fly to Australia for higher education.

The Association informs that the help desk will serve potential Nepali students of Australian institutes by providing information related to the study and life in Australia, helping for study plan through NAAER members or through series of organised training or workshops.

Likewise, it will help students go to the right authority in case they have been misguided, cheated or the tuition fee refund has not been made.

As the students need support to liaise with Ministry of Education and agencies of the Australian government to resolve various issues, the help desk will pay attention to them as well, according to the statement.

Further, Nepali students who have already migrated to Australia can also benefit from the desk in the course of their study or stay, it adds.

The Association has called on students to seek support from the desk by sending an email to [email protected].
