Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Monday asked all political parties to help create a conducive environment for elections without taking into account political gains or losses.
As per the new Constitution, government should conduct local, provincial and federal elections, tentatively, within January 20, 2017. But parties are yet ot agree on the number of local levels and their boundaries, among others.
Addressing a special function organised at the Nepal Army Parade Ground in Tundikhel on the occasion of Constitution Day, PM Prachanda asked all parties to help create a conducive environment for elections without considering probable gains or losses.
