Biratnagar, June 10
Nepal Communist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal said that the government started initiatives to operate all the factories that were closed due to different reasons.
Speaking at the golden jubilee celebration of the Morang Chamber of Industries on Sunday, the former Prime Minister informed that the government was trying to start operation of all shut factories and industries including the Biratnagar Jute Mill.
“Economic revolution will not be possible in the country unless works are not carried out while prioritising the industries producing agro products. Agro-based industries are the prime agents for the development of the country” he said.
The government would reopen closed factories, establish new oness and create employment opportunities for the youth, which would also increase the export in the country, assured Dahal.
