Eighth National Games: Tribhuvan Army Club on the top of medal tally

Kathmandu, April 23

Tribhuvan Army Club continues to lead the scoreboard with the total 186 medals including 87 gold, 55 silver and 44 bronze in the ongoing eighth National Games in Province 5.

APF Club has followed TAC with 115 medals (35 gold, 36 silver and 44 bronze).

Likewise, Nepal Police Club has secured the third position with 98 medals (33 gold, 33 silver and 32 bronze), while Province 3 fourth with 79 medals (16 gold, 24 silver and 39 bronze).

Province 5 has got 57 medals (seven gold, 17 silver and 33 bronze), Sudurpaschim 31 (seven gold, five silver and 19 bronze) and Gandaki 46 (six gold, 11 silver and 29 bronze).

Province 2 has grabbed 27 medals (six gold, seven silver and 14 bronze), and Province 1 the total 57 medals (four gold, 16 silver and 37 bronze).

Meanwhile, Non-Resident Nepali Association has won eight medals (four gold and four bronze) and Karnali 10 (two gold, two silver and six bronze).

A total of 5,211 players have participated in the Games for 372 gold; 372 silver and 563 bronze medals.

The national sports event will end tomorrow.
